Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Burlington County is jointly supported by Rutgers University - School of Environmental and Biological Sciences and the Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders. There are three departments within Cooperative Extension: 4-H Youth Development, Family & Community Health Sciences, and Agricultural and Resource Management Agents (ARMA). The Master Gardeners are part of the ARMA department.
